They have an excellent supportive culture in Manchester with a team that genuinely likes to spend time together. Their recent team activity involved driving up to Windermere and going for a nice refreshing hike and that is one of the reasons they have great staff retention.

    Your new roleIf you are looking for more variety than your current role can offer, in this role you will be working alongside a team of 12 building surveyors, working on a range of projects across commercial, industrial and leisure sectors for a range of blue-chip companies. This is a technical building surveyor post where you will be involved in pre-acquisitions, dilapidations, project management, building pathology and defect analysis and report writing.

    What you'll need to succeedYou will be a chartered building surveyor with a couple of years' PQE experience delivering technical building surveying.
