    Description
    Having ownership of the electric bike you built gives the techs here a sense of achievement.

    Do you want to be responsible for a whole build? From building the sub-component parts to then building the bike in a bay.

    You won't be confined to your position here, you'll also be involved in helping engineering, or even going to suppliers showing them the large sub-components (if that takes your fancy).


    On a Monday you'll build the bike and then the rest of week you'll be building the sub-components ready for the build the following Monday.


    What can you expect other than building? You'll be responsible for ride testing the bike and then pass this to the quality technician.

    You'll also have to rework any issues quality can see, so being a problem solver is something you love doing, and you enjoy being able to think on their feet.

    What do you need in terms of experience to be successful or be willing to do...

    Anyone who assembles products.

    Could be CMM machines on a production line, you just need to be able to follow work instructions and be part of a process to build a tangible product.

    Reworking experience - that's highly skilled, there's no real process as the issues can be totally different to each other with different set of defects.

    You'll be someone who loves to problem solve and figure it out
    Work instructions are built and the team are expected to keep on top of it (with the Lead).
