- Be sitting in a Vice President position in an international/boutique investment bank focused on the infrastructure, power, utilities or renewable energy market
- Have a proven M&A and capital markets deal track record in Europe
- Possess a strong deal execution skillset including modelling, valuation and due diligence
- Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be intellectually curious and have a diligent/proactive approach to problem solving
- Have a strong interest and knowledge in the secondaries and/or power, utilities and infrastructure markets
