- Lead product needs discovery and insights
- Develop and communicate new and existing product vision to deliver on the company's strategic goals and customers' needs
- Oversee the entire product life cycle, from conceptualisation, launch and adoption, ensuring success and high-quality deliverables
- Lead and mentor our product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, including tech, design, sales, customer success, and operations.
- Organise and lead product board meetings utilising data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and guide the development of the product roadmap with stakeholders
- Use research and feedback to develop new product strategies and enhance current product features
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences and competitive dynamics
- Extensive experience in product management with a track record of successful product launches and team leadership
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to think strategically and align product initiatives with overall business objectives
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and align stakeholders with the product vision
