    MEP BIM Coordinator

As an MEP BIM Coordinator, youll play a pivotal role in bringing these visionary projects to life.


    Exciting Projects:

    • Battersea Power Station Redevelopment
    • Heathrow Airport Expansion
    • Mega projects - Middle East
    Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategies for MEP systems.

    • Lead the creation, coordination, and management of MEP BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols, driving efficiency and quality across all MEP disciplines.
    • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project delivery.
    Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

    • Proven experience in MEP coordination and BIM implementation within the construction industry.
    • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software tools.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within strict deadlines.
    • Proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
    3 days office, 2 days working from home
