- To ensure the ongoing integrity of the data received from our suppliers in relation to Future Electronics Purchase Backorder and ensure timely and accurate adjustment of the system to reflect this information. Responsible for analysing the results and negotiating improved lead-times in line with our business requirements this is a key role in the supply chain management, liaising daily with the all departments who have a part in servicing our customers.
- To drive supplier relations, enhancing communication and focusing on service improvements that will drive more efficient update processes, more accurate information and assist top line sales.
- Proactively identify problematic orders, product areas, suppliers and work on both short and long-term solutions to address them
- Providing a first class customer service level to all internal and external customers meeting all relevant SOP's without compromising on quality of work
- Additional projects or duties as management may at times require
- An effective communicator, who can demonstrate strong listening skills, providing understanding and empathy and, who has the ability to negotiate within a demanding sales/service environment
- Competent in Microsoft office packages
- Additional European language is an asset
