    Join our new Statistical Operations department as we seek a talented Data Analyst to contribute to our innovative approach. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to uncover insights, trends, and patterns.     This is a hybrid role, and the expectation would be to work a minimum of 2 days a week in the Cambridge office.

    Responsibilities:

  • Delivering data insights to our internal business stakeholders, as well as for external exposure.
  • Ensuring the accurate extraction, transformation, and visualisation of internal systems data to support business objectives
  • Providing valuable insights for informed decision making.
  • Knowing Darktrace systems and the product databases inside-out.
  • Having a comprehensive understanding of how our business operates, including the variety of products the company offers.
  • Being able to work on projects alone, learning new tools and skills to complete varied tasks.
  • Flexibly transitioning between long-term projects and solving immediate challenges.

    • Requirements:

  • A natural proficiency for data
  • At least 1 years' SQL experience with any relational database management system
  • An in-depth knowledge of relational databases
  • At least 1 years' experience with using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc
  • The ability to break down and solve complex data problem
  • Effective communication skills to translate a stakeholder's and department's reporting needs to valuable insights
  • A proactive mindset
  • Organisation and time management skills to handle multiple inbound requests from stakeholders
  • A willingness to learn new skills and technologies

    • Desirable Experience:

  • Some experience with data manipulation in Python
  • Some experience with collaborative version control systems (Git)
