- 10+ years of experience with construction management
- 5+ years of experience with developing or implementing secure construction projects or security project management fields
- 2+ years of experience with DoD or federal government construction projects
- Experience with using Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Knowledge of construction guidelines and federal regulations
- Knowledge of DoDfacilities' construction regulations
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Completion of Twenty Hour or greater Site Security Manager Course Certification

Construction Project ManagerKey Role:
Support the client by providing oversight and management of multiple infrastructure and facilities-related construction projects that support operations at onsite client locations. Lead and participate as a member of a cross-functional team assessing client facilities construction, move management, IT, and construction security requirements. Oversee contract performance and quality assurance of construction contractors with the government while serving as the representative for the client in meetings. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, customers, and the project team. Provide technical advice that enables the client ability to enhance infrastructure and construction efficiencies.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
