    Our hotel is located in Greater London, offering convenient access to city attractions and amenities.
    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Area General Manager at Uno Hotels. The Area General Manager will oversee the operations of multiple hotel properties in Greater London. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, overseeing financial performance, and implementing effective operational strategies.
    You must have extensive experience in hotel management at a multi-site level.

    We are looking for an individual who will drive the business forward, improve standards and are commercially minded with a vision to improve profits.

    The successful candidate will be adaptable to change and will thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to set a vision and get the right people in the right places to drive the business continually forwards.

    QualificationsStrong leadership and management skillsExperience in the hospitality industryExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to analyze financial data and make strategic business decisionsProven track record of successfully managing multiple hotel propertiesKnowledge of industry trends and best practicesAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

    • Planning and implementing longer term strategies to enhance business potential for the Business.

    Communicate to the Company on a regular basis on the performance of the business successes, highlighting, potential risks and taking action accordingly.

    Deal with employee relations issues professionally and legally.
    Coordinate action for selling initiatives in each area of the business and monitor effectiveness.
