    Boden Group are working with a brilliant Property Services organisation who are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team.


    Job Title:
    Senior Estimator - Social Housing Refurbishment Projects
    Hybrid role based in Kent

    Comprised of four complementary businesses, we focus on revitalizing communities, delivering resilient infrastructure, providing housing solutions, and ensuring seamless communication through fixed-line and mobile infrastructure.

    Their mission is to be the partner and employer of choice for designing, building, maintaining, and connecting communities and critical infrastructure.


    Position Overview:
    As a Senior Estimator within the Refurbishment team, you'll be an integral part of our growth trajectory. We're looking for an experienced professional who can manage tenders for social housing refurbishment projects, partnerships, and frameworks. Ensure compliance with HSE&Q standards, operating processes, company policies, and legislative requirements.
    Collaborate closely with commercial and operations teams to develop integrated tender solutions.
    Assess contract conditions, quantify risks, and offer workable solutions.
    Develop cost models and predicted life cycle costs, analyzing market benchmarks and internal data.
    Manage team responsibilities, including performance reviews and employee-related matters.
    Undertake professional development activities to stay updated with industry developments.
    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Estimating Software Packages.
    Strong project management and organizational skills.
    Valid driving license.
