    Business Analysis Director (Commerce Product)

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We seek a seasoned Business Analyst at the Director level to lead our team in gathering requirements from stakeholders and shaping the future of our products and platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and a passion for driving innovation.

    As a key player from day one, you will be at the forefront of identifying challenges, reviewing existing solutions, and analyzing partner integrations. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, forming the requirements that will shape our product offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in commerce or performance-based campaign activation who are looking to transition into a product role and make a significant impact in the AdTech industry.

    You will be a part of a vibrant group, collaborating with specialist and business teams, demonstrating your technical knowledge, growing your soft/interpersonal skills and to help develop and improve the product offerings of Choreograph.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead a small team of analysts in gathering requirements from stakeholders and shaping the direction of product development.
  • Conduct market reviews to identify potential partners and innovative solutions.
  • Conduct interviews with stakeholders to capture needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Perform Competitive market, product and platform reviews.
  • Communicate requirements effectively through user stories to product teams for prototype development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop strategies for product enhancement.
  • Utilize business analysis techniques such as SWOT and SOAR analysis to align data science initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement in product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy policies in all activities.
  • Interface with the business to outline challenges and review existing solutions, both internal and external.
  • Analyze partner integrations to inform product development.
  • Act as the interface between the business and the product team, forming requirements for product development.
  • Support internal candidates transitioning into a product role, particularly those with a background in commerce or performance-based campaign activation.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis techniques.
