    EXCITING VEHICLE TECHNICIAN POSITION
    Location: Slough, Berkshire

    Salary:
    up to 48k basic salary with the potential to reach 60k in earnings, plus benefits

    Join the team at YOLO Recruitment as we seek a skilled vehicle technician for our client's dealership in Slough. The ideal candidate should hold mechanical qualifications and have a complete set of tools.

    Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician role include:


    • Identifying and resolving complex issues across various vehicle systems, while also handling routine maintenance and repairs.
    • Ensuring top-notch quality and achieving a successful repair on the first attempt to exceed customer expectations.
    • Engaging with customers to completely grasp their concerns.
    • Providing feedback on solutions to the technical teams.
    • Enhancing expertise to keep up with the latest in vehicle technology, including Electric Vehicles (EVs).
    • Setting a positive example by consistently showcasing best practices to colleagues.
    • Supporting and coaching team members with technical support.
    • Performing visual inspections on vehicles to identify any problems and opportunities for additional services.
    • Maintaining a tidy and secure workspace.

    Working Hours:
    Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. Saturdays on a rotational basis with overtime pay.
