    Description

    Specialising in the recycling industry, on their mission to help save the planet, this client offers a diverse role within a company that is showing excellent growth year on year.

    This company recycles waste products into power generation, with multiple sites across the UK and further plans for new sites and progression.

    What is on offer for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer?

    * £4 on 4 off shifts (12 hour shifts, 2 days and 2 nights)


    • Person Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
    • Time served engineer, preferably from the Industrial/Food/FMCG Industry
    • Recognised Engineering qualification e.g. Electrically biased engineer with mechanical engineering competency

    Job Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:


    Working predominantly as the mutli skilled maintenance engineer within a small team, you will ideally have experience of industrial manufacturing environments with an electrical or mechanical bias, with sound working knowledge of both sides of engineering.


    • Work in partnership with the Maintenance manager, production staff and technicians to carry out repairs to process equipment and plant machinery.
    • Multi-skilled with strong mechanical aptitude.
    • Troubleshooting and practical fault finding on plant and mechanical/electrical machinery.
    • Carry out planned inspection routes on process plant and proactive maintenance schedules.
    • Following site H&S procedures and reporting any risks via the internal reporting process.
