    Job Overview

    Our client is in search of a visionary Growth Marketing Manager who excels in both crafting and executing long-term SEO strategies. This role is designed for an individual who thrives on developing SEO strategies and executing them to drive substantial business results. The selected candidate will be central to the growth efforts, combining strategic foresight with practical SEO execution to boost the brand and achieve significant business objectives.

    Your Mission

    Strategic SEO Leadership:

    • Develop and implement an overarching SEO strategy that aligns with the long-term growth goals, boosting online visibility and driving organic growth.
    • Perform extensive market research and competitor analysis to spot SEO opportunities and trends, ensuring our client remains competitive.

    Data-Driven Insights:

    • Use analytics and SEO tools to monitor performance, gather insights, and refine strategies for ongoing growth.
    • Foster a culture of continuous enhancement, using data to inform decisions and optimize digital marketing endeavors.

    Daily Responsibilities

    • SEO and Content Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of our SEO content strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
    • Website Optimization: Oversee improvements to the website's SEO, user experience, speed, and conversion rates. Proficiency with Hubspot, Drupal, and similar tools is a plus.

    Qualifications

    • Established SEO Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and executing SEO strategies, with an emphasis on long-term impact.
    • Marketing Experience: At least 5 years in marketing, particularly in roles requiring strategic planning and direct SEO involvement. Experience in high-growth startups or leading personal entrepreneurial ventures is highly regarded.
    • Analytical Approach: A data-centric mindset for marketing, adept in analyzing the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and customer touch points.
    • Superior Communication: Excellent ability to communicate ideas, create compelling stories, and interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
