    MBDA is a leading defence organisation


    Salary :
    Up to circa £53,000 depending on experience
    Company bonus of up to £2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year)
    ~ Pension of maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%

    Hybrid working pattern:

    Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working; typically 3 days per week on site.

    At MBDA, we are continuing to grow our Data Link Systems organisation, providing a world leading missile data link capability.

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Digital Signal Processing Engineer, to join the team. You will be responsible for waveform and algorithm design, development and implementation on weapons system products.
    Real-time digital signal processing systems
    Waveform design and implementation
    Technical leadership of junior engineers

    Our projects offer you the opportunity to work with a specialist team developing and handling technically challenging technology within MBDA.

    We are able to consider candidates looking for a flexible working pattern within these roles.
    Experience with Firmware coding for DSP systems would also be a benefit
    C++ experience desirable.

    You'll have experience in working autonomously within a multi-skilled team with a good understanding and dedication to achieving project goals.

    Good communication skills with the ability to produce high quality written reports and presentations to internal and external customers
