- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts/suites for web and mobile applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain manual test scripts/suites for web and mobile applications.
- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies and approaches
- Collaborate with development and QA team peers to identify test scenarios suitable for automation.
- Drive the implementation of the QA strategy and roadmap
- Operationalise the execution of automated & manual test scripts and analyse results to identify defects and ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks and tools.
- Take ownership for improvement and maintenance of multiple test environments and customer/user configurations.
- Provide input and suggestions for continuous improvement of QA processes and methodolgies
- Proven experience in leadership / senior roles within QA or software testing
- Proven track record in QA, with experience in representing QA in cross functional groups
- Ability to drive the implementation of new QA techniques and approaches in a fast paced environment
- Strong experience in automated software testing and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with test automation frameworks like Katalon Studio, Selenium, or similar tools.
- API Testing experience (Postman or similar).
- Experience with various test phases – System, Performance, Acceptance, Exploratory and Regression.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with SQL and databases for data validation in automated tests.
- Spoken languages: English required.
