    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Compile comprehensive documentation following stakeholder meetings encompassing Telco, Security, Tech, Data Sovereignty, and Office 365.Conduct in-depth analysis of the NSS (back-end trade confirmation) system.

    Identify and comprehend pain points within the current system, featuring SFTP integrationChallenges associated with migrating back-end integrations, involving 300 systems sending identical data.

    Strategize to minimize disruption to existing integrations.
    Formulate both short-term and long-term plans, including the implementation of digital signature technology.


    Desired Skills & Experience:


    Preference for candidates with a background as a Technical Business Analyst, with additional experience in fax migration being advantageous and telephony expertise welcomed.

    Proficient in analytical techniques and adept at documentation.
    Proven track record in handling complex integrations and navigating legacy systems.
    Prior experience in the financial services sector is beneficial, particularly with an understanding of variations in bank fax usage.
    Exceptional communication and coordination abilities, capable of facilitating meetings spanning regions such as the UK, APAC, and NA.
