    Technical Sales Engineer – Capital Equipment, Worcester, UK

    Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

    A leading UK manufacturer of specialised capital equipment seeks an ambitious Technical Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate or qualified apprentice with a few years of experience in technical sales who is eager to grow their career.

    Responsibilities:

    • the full sales cycle for inbound inquiries, from initial contact to successful deal closure.
    • with engineers to determine precise customer needs and deliver customised solutions.
    • technical proposals and quotations that align with client specifications.
    • strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

    Qualifications:

    • 3 or higher engineering qualification (degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred).
    • understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
    • interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with engineers.
    • organisational, time management, and self-motivation abilities.
    • in CAD software and the ability to create technical drawings.
    • to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.

    This is an office-based position in Worcester, with occasional travel.
