    What You'll Do:

    You will be a Rockstar in the world of supply chain operations; responsible for supporting the summation, data integrity, and enhancement of supply chain activities and logistics. You will serve as a right arm to the supply chain and operations teams by improving and building existing systems, interfacing with suppliers, and recording purchasing, sales and supply chain information. You will also demonstrate your operational abilities and problem-solving talents to be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.

    Foster Data & Record Integrity and Accuracy

  • Leverage the supply chain and accounting system of record to record and track critical supply chain information.
  • Manage sales and COGS data
  • Ensure purchase orders are accurate and updated
  • Track supplier deliveries and invoices
  • Ensure data entry is completed and accurate

    • Support Our Supply Chain & Operations Teams

  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with operations partners to ensure operations documents are up-to-date, accurate, and timely
  • Execute ad hoc tasks and duties, input sales figures, and orchestrate projects to support day-to-day, end-to-end initiatives, across both the supply chain and operations teams

    • Spark Innovation, Improvement & Decision Making

  • Interface with suppliers to ascertain product information and quotations to drive decision making within the supply chain
  • Utilize and develop reports and presentations to inform, improve and support operational and supply chain metrics
  • Develop, conceptualize, and deploy strategies and tactics to enhance and elevate existing supply chain and account systems

  • Is resourceful, able to think on their feet and independently solve complex problems under ambiguous conditions
  • Copes well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment, maintaining a calm demeanour
  • Has excellent team skills, is a pro-active self-starter with an approachable "can do" attitude
  • Desirable – Is fluent in an additional language (Spanish, German, French, Dutch)
  • Desirable - Has existing coding skills (SQL / Python)
  • Desirable - Has experience in data management programmes such as Tableau and Power BI
