Are you a passionate General Manager? If so, we're looking for you to join our team at Bacon's College.

This role is within our Education division, dedicated to providing high-quality, fresh, and sustainable food for students. At Taylor Shaw & Edwards & Blake, we're all about supporting a healthy diet with a difference.

What you'll be doing...

As a General Manager, you'll manage teams on site, recruit, train, and support colleagues to deliver top-notch service to Elior UK, our customers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

Motivating and managing a team
Controlling and managing a budget for financial growth
Ensuring team communications and relationships, management reporting, and innovative menu planning
Compliance with regulations and ensuring customer and colleague care

Working Pattern: 7am - 3pm

Self-motivated and innovative
Previous experience in management, contract catering desirable
