- Managing and development of existing customers with fleets of up to 1000 vehicles
- Good knowledge of the fleet market and key competitors to ensure differentiation, innovation and value are delivered to the customer.
- Responsible for all relationship management within the sales process with relevant stakeholders internal and external.
- Responsible for heading and overseeing the client relationship Including ensuring implementation, mobilisation, and the account management process are all complete and documented.
- Fundamental understanding of fleet finance methods including their structure and the benefits/weaknesses each product and how they can be matched appropriately to a customer's requirements.
- A working knowledge of Whole Life Costs.
- Understanding of the Fleet Market Place including its current hot topics.
- Proven planning & organisational ability working remotely
- Strong influencer up to and including Board level
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

The Company
Our client is one of the most innovative automotive brands who have been creating and implementing creative vehicle solutions in the UK for nearly 30 years. They have a premium fleet of vehicles and have developed a highly competitive offering for both personal and business users.
The business has built a complete end to end offering throughout the value chain and therefore can tailor their offering to both car and van customers alike.
This is an incredible and rare opportunity to join a business that has gone through significant positive change recently and continues to operate at the premium end of the fleet sector.
The Role
Develop a clear Partnership Sales Strategy and sustainable business plan to deliver on all business targets and objectives. You will have an in-depth knowledge of the Contract Hire market & target fleet customers to build a robust and qualified pipeline.
You will have the ability to self-motivate with minimal daily management and possess a comprehensive knowledge of our clients funding products, services, and processes to ensure a shortened sales cycle and maximum product and service penetration.
Your Background
You will have a strong background in Contract Hire or Vehicle Rental selling into the SME - corporate customer base. (Customers with fleets of up to 1000 vehicles)
