    The Sous Chef Role

    Our kitchen team has a taste for developing the flavours to cook up a storm and

    • Our Sous Chefs crave the taste of success and can handle the heat in
    any kitchen


    • Cooking is the spice of your life and you have a passion for food which
    ensures consistently high standards and a creative flair that showcases
    ingredients


    • You will be right hand to the Head Chef and will work proactively to ensure
    guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the kitchen department

    As Sous Chef, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering

    Housed in an iconic 18-storey high rise, the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bristol places you at the centre of one of England's most captivating cities, near a number of popular attractions.
