To support the HMRC contract we are seeking an Operational Support Manager to provide a broad range of operational, strategic and administrational support.
We are looking for someone confident in their ability to handle responsibility and decision-making that is able to demonstrate a track record managing a variety of soft-FM services.
Your varied accountabilities will range from ad hoc support of operational management of sites to diary management, travel arrangements and taking minutes at confidential high level strategic meetings to supporting the team in the delivery of efficient and effective contract management, Health and Safety (H&S) and Environmental compliance of our buildings.
The successful candidate will be comfortable not just 'leading' a team but also mentoring, developing and engaging the central contract admin team.
We require someone with high standards and the ability to conduct themselves with integrity at all times in line with the expectation of the client that will take the time to understand the business strategies and goals and support the company's values and strategic objectives.
Championing solutions and supporting the team in the delivery of efficient and effective contract management, Health and Safety (H&S) and Environmental compliance of our buildings.
You will have the flexibility to manage your own diary and the ability to work under a hybrid model encompassing some home days but will be expected on occasion to travel to other sites and overnight stays as needed.
