    Introduction

    As an IBM Application Architect, you play a crucial role in helping clients overhaul their business and tackle intricate challenges. You will set the direction and goals for projects that provide tailored solutions leveraging your expertise in IBM platforms. You are a tech-savvy leader, bridging the gap between business collaborators, tech professionals, and project stakeholders.

    • Your Role and Responsibilities
    • As an Architect in IBM Consulting, you'll lead the way in crafting solutions for clients, advocating for them while steering the technical team towards successful implementation.
    • You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal partners to grasp the business issue, system constraints, and stakeholder concerns, in order to systematically devise detailed solutions (architectures) for the client.
    • Your key responsibilities include:
    • Analyzing and translating IT requirements into components of a modernized solution using modernization frameworks.
    • Developing and testing applications in cloud environments and contributing to Delivery/Engagement teams.
    • Enhancing and reusing Digital modernization assets, methods, and collateral.
    • Collaborating in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions and services tailored to customer needs.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    With extensive experience in delivering IaaS and PaaS solutions, solutioning, and Delivery, preferably within the Oracle ecosphere and with Oracle OCI, Cloud@customer, PaaS implementation experience.

    Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud migration, and proficient knowledge of Oracle Technical components.

    Oracle Certification(s) in Technology stack, especially around OCI.

    Familiarity with various public cloud platforms like Azure, AWS or Google.

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

    Ideal candidate would have Oracle presales, sales, or implementation certifications in the IaaS and PaaS domains.
