    Enterprise Application Architect (Permanent)

    Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)

    Experience: 7 years +

    Salary: Up to £100k base salary + bonus

    The Enterprise Application Architect will be responsible mainly for the following:

    ● Through consulting with the HQ and group companies, understand their requirements, and demonstrate use cases to show how solutions can be implemented and the benefits they will bring through adoption.

    • Given the manufacturing nature, ERP is a specific focus, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

    ● Run feasibility studies and make recommendations for technology and vendor selection related to enterprise business applications.

    ● Work closely with other architects to ensure the enterprise application architecture solutions to work on discovery of capabilities, processes and provide recommendations to our companies with best practices that are scalable, secure, and offer benefits to the business and therefore encourage adoption by the individual companies.

    ● Drive adoption of enterprise software best-practice principles and solutions across the group, with the goals to aid strategic growth, increase simplification, reduce implementation times, and lower costs. This will be achieved through:

    • Recommend and take responsibility for the implementation of underpinning enterprise application solutions
    • Create a set of evolving reference data architectures for individual companies to refer to when adopting new solutions.
    • Provide best practice consulting expertise across the group for architectural strategy and implementation; equipping the companies with the tools to digitally transform.
    • Contribute to the establishment of a list of preferred vendors to implement the reference architectures.

    ● Lead adoption of new solutions across the digital transformation programs

    ● Be the global subject matter expert of the enterprise architecture and its constituent solutions, especially ERP on Manufacturing, Finance, CRM, Integrations and data.

    ● Define and configure group-wide policies with regards to the application architecture landscape.

    ● Keep up to date with all product changes to ensure the OP's companies are always using the optimal configuration for their businesses.

    ● Ensure Security as a principle is incorporated into every technology strategy and

    solution devised.

    ● Work with partner organisations, vendors and service integrators to deliver on the key technology initiatives.

    The Solutions Architect must have the following experience:

    ● 3-5+ years of experience in architecting and implementing enterprise business applications including practical experience of implementing these solutions to provide tangible business benefits

    ● 3-5+ years of experience in ERP systems and related capabilities (order to cash, order to fulfil, record to report, treasury mgmt., purchase to pay, accounts receivable, acquire to retire and capital expenditure)

    ● Strong functional knowledge and understanding of MS Dynamics 365 ERP, ideally covering manufacturing companies.

    ● A minimum of 1-3 years hands-on proven functional experience in Dynamics ERP configuration, standard customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and standard reports development.

    ● An expert understanding of COTS software data integration strategies and the aspects of solutions / API based technology platforms that underpin them

    ● Experience assessing technologies and vendors offerings in areas such as MS Dynamics 365 modules (ecommerce, CRM etc).

    ● Experience in a delivery-orientated Technology environment using the agile methodology.

    ● A proven track record of successful implementation of several solutions within large client companies.

    ● Experience working within a software delivery environment using Agile methodologies and tooling, such as Azure DevOps.
