About The Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for committed individuals, with excellent customer service skills to join our Health & Wellbeing team.


Our Health & Wellbeing team support customers by providing advice on a wide range health & wellbeing topics and general advice.


About the job
You will be required to develop community links within the area, providing support for resident involvement. You will create participation opportunities anchored within the Hubs/Libraries.


What We Are Looking For From You

You will have excellent organisational & coordination skills, mapping delivery to ensure development of meaningful links for active citizen opportunities.

You will have experience of mentoring & encouraging customers and of maintaining excellent records/ case studies.


You will have exceptional customer service skills, be flexible, play an active part in the Hubs/Libraries teams ensuring that good communication is maintained within the team, and contribute to the work of the team as a whole.


Additional information
There are 2 Temporary posts available until 31st March 2025.

The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, Somali, Arabic or Polish would be an advantage.

Weekend and evening working will be required on a rota basis and location of work may vary.
