    We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

    • Meet our service user

    Our service user is an interactive young boy who lives in Northfield. He requires care throughout the day and night on a 1:1 basis to support his complex care needs.

    He is very sociable and loves engaging with others, he enjoys listening to music and having stories read to him by his care team.

    Throughout the day you will provide support with all aspects of care and companionship, this includes personal care, moving and handling, clinical observations, attending to his clinical care needs when required.

    Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, making close observations, and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night's sleep offering reassurance and comfort when needed.

    If you enjoy interactive activities and telling stories, this could be the perfect role for you. Your warmth and attentiveness will not only provide essential care but also create a nurturing environment where our service user can thrive.

    To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Experience Working with Children

    • Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role:

  • Seizure Management
  • Oxygen Administration

    • We have the following shifts available

  • Part Time Days
  • Wednesdays & Thursdays: 3pm – 7:40pm
  • Part Time Nights
  • Sundays: 10pm – 7am

    • Take a look at our pay rates

    Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£58.50 per 4.5-hour shift)

    Weeknights: £13.50 per hour (£121.50 approx. per 9-hour shift)

    Weekends: £13.50 per hour (£121.50 approx. per 9-hour shift)

    Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (£135 approx. per 9-hour shift)
