    Job Title: Neonatal Nurse

    Location: South West England

    Pay Rate: £22 - £46 per hour



    Join HG Group as a dedicated and caring Neonatal Nurse within our rapidly expanding Healthcare Recruitment Agency.



    **ROLE OVERVIEW**

    • Specialize in providing expert care to newborn infants, particularly those facing challenges such as prematurity, critical illness, or complications.
    • Assess, monitor, and care for neonates in collaboration with a diverse healthcare team, focusing on promoting optimal growth and development.
    • Support infants and families in the neonatal unit.


    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
    • Minimum of six months post-qualification experience in a Neonatal setting within the past three years.
    • Specialized training or experience in Neonatal Nursing.
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
    • Flexible availability for shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Commitment to compassionate and patient-centered care.
    • Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to undergo a DBS check.
    • Completion of mandatory training relevant to the role.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

    Contract Length: 6 months



    Salary: £22.00-£46.00 per hour



    Expected Hours: 8 – 40 per week



    Schedule:

    • 10-hour shift
    • 12-hour shift
    • 8-hour shift
    • Day shift
    • Weekend shifts
    • Monday to Friday availability
    • Night shift
    • Overtime opportunities
    • Weekend availability
