    Working in our Structures Service Line you will be joining an award-winning team with over 28 years of experience in the design and assessment of a variety of structures on projects with values in excess of £100m.

    You will be working as part of an ambitious, growing team providing hands on structural design for a wide variety of exciting projects across all sectors and ranging from mixed-use high-rise developments to huge distribution warehouses.

    Either a degree in Civil Engineering, specialising in Structures, or equivalent qualifications/experience.

    Able to produce structural calculations and designs on a range of projects across a multitude of sectors and materials.

    Possess a broad range of engineering skills and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of current codes of practice working in all the main construction materials.

    Comfortable in undertaking hand calculations and using spreadsheets as standard but also able to demonstrate the ability to use the latest 3D modelling design software packages in both concrete and steelwork.

    BWB predominantly use Tekla Structural Designer, TEDDS and RAM. Knowledge of Tekla would be preferable, although not essential as training would be provided.
