    Short description of the work field: As Cluster Marketing Manager for North West Europe, youare responsible for increasing our brand awareness and trade marketing (salesactivities together with dealers) in the given cluster (Netherlands, Belgium,UK, and Nordics). You report directly to the Head of Cluster North-West and work closelytogether with (Key) Account Managers, Country Sales Managers, the Central Marketingteam, as well Marketing agencies and media contacts.
    What will beyour role?

    • Event and trade fair planning
    • SellinSellout campaign and online campaign
    • Close collaboration with Sales Managers to understand customer requirements (PCT, OHT & TBR)
    • Increase brand awareness through Marcom activities: digital, TV, print
    • Marketing budget planning & monitoring
    • Development of regional campaigns in collaboration with agencies
    • Local PR Doyou have what it takes? (requirements)
    • Bachelor in Marketing or strong commercial skills background
    • Relevant Professional experience years), international experience preferred
    • Perfect proficiency in written and spoken Dutch and English
    • Knowledge of the tire market and its market mechanisms
    • Customer focus and strong communication skills
    • Knowledge of media channels and their influence
    • Negotiation skills, project and budget planning
