    Description

    We're looking for a talented and experienced Lead QA Automation Engineer who is ready to drive test strategy, planning and execution alongside a supportive Software Engineering team.

    Invision360 develop software to ensure positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people, through digital solutions. We have developed a supportive and flexible work culture that facilitates an environment where employees shape our business practices.

    Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
    ~ Experience defining QA strategy and processes from scratch
    ~5+ years writing end-to-end tests in Cypress
    ~ Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
    ~ Experience working on a remote team
    ~ Fluent in written and spoken English

    Act as the SME for AQA within the engineering team, driving best practice by coaching Software Engineers
    Collaborate with Software Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans

    Establish metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure AQA quality goals are met.

    Ensure that all automated testing related activities are carried out as per the standards defined by the company.
    Create logs to document testing phases and defects
    Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
    Help troubleshoot issues
    Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
