    The Citizens Advice network in Scotland is the largest independent advice service in the country.

    Salary:
    £47,266 - £62,420 (Pro-rata) Salary on appointment will normally be at the lower salary point, withprogression subject to regular review - in line with VSS performance appraisal arrangements. As a member of the Corporate Leadership Team (CLT) and reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Services, youwill be responsible for overseeing all financial and estates activity within VSS, ensuring the beneficial use ofall resources and capital to allow VSS to achieve its strategy and organisational objectives. Team (ELT) and will provide leadership to the Finance and Administration team in delivering a high quality andeffective customer service.

    You will create financial forecasting models, financial policies and procedures and lead on financial, estates andsustainability strategy and plans, in line with VSS overall strategy.

    You will work closely with other members of the CLT and will supportbusiness planning. We would consider Hybrid working and applications to work part-time in this role, this can be discussed atinterview.

    At Key and Community Lifestyles, we provide person-centred support to over 2,000 disabled people, across 17 Scottishlocal authorities, to enable each person to lead full, active lives in their own homes and communities.

    Thepeople we support have significantly varying life experiences and needs and range from young people still atschool through to people in their 90s.

    Key is also a specialist Registered Social Landlord (RSL) providing over 700 homes specially designed for disabledpeople and those with long term support needs.

    We employ over 2000 staff, with a relief register of another 500 workers, the majority of whom are directly involvedin either providing, organising, or managing support.

    With a recognised social care or relevant professional qualification and ideally a staff development or health andsafety qualification, you will lead the delivery of our workforce and digital learning strategy.

    • Has strong project management and IT skills to support the implementation of effective processes, systems and toolswhich measure and demonstrate the impact of our strategies.
