As Head of Sales, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of a diverse events portfolio, showcasing your ability to forge lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders. Your strategic approach to sales will ensure that the business remains at the cutting edge of the renewable energy events space.
The events division has grown from £2.5m to £9m over the last 5 years, with established events growing between 14%-43% in the last year.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue across the events portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide exceptional customer service, understanding client needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Manage a team of 1-2 Sales Managers
Skills & Experience Required:
A proven track record in sponsorship sales is imperative.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational abilities, with a flair for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive mindset, with a talent for identifying and seizing business growth avenues.
