    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to spearhead our growth in the B2B Technology market at our London-based, independently owned, PR and Marketing agency.


    We are looking for someone who has previously been in an internal sales role (Sales Development Representative/Business Development Representative) and preferably graduated to a Team Leader/Head of Internal Sales position.

    You will be responsible for actively generating opportunities, developing ideas and helping the senior team close deals.

    Lead Generation and Sales


    • Prospecting and generating new leads through outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships
    • Qualifying leads and identifying potential opportunities for our PR and Digital services
    • Crafting compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition
    Establishing and optimizing sales processes, strategies, and methodologies to drive revenue growth


    • Work with the full agency team (Senior and Junior) to train and coach to improve their sales skills
    Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales efforts with the agency's overall business objectives


    • Setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
