    Job Title:
    Electrically Biased Project Manager

    Location:
    Midlands Area (UK Wide Projects)

    Salary:
    £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Company Benefits

    Job Description:
    Mech Electrics are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrically Biased Project Manager to join our clients team.

    The successful candidate will oversee a variety of electrical projects across the UK, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

    This role requires a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of electrical systems and project management principles.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
    Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
    Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
    Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
    Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
    Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
    Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

    Requirements:
    Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong electrical background.
    Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and regulations.
    Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
    Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.

    Qualifications:
    Industry related degree.
    Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
    Valid UK driving license.

    Benefits:
