    Business Analyst, Consumer Duty months FTC ) London

    Our client is a globally recognised, successful bank who provide world-class services to various institutions and individuals.

    Offering a comprehensive range of retail and corporate financial services/products, this thriving business boasts over 10 million active customers in over 700 business locations.

    Due to business growth, they are now looking acquire the services of a Business Analyst, Consumer Duty.

    Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch.

    Providing , monitoring and analyzing all data for the Consumer Duty dashboard for Private Banking and Business Development.


    • Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of Private Banking in relation to Consumer Duty
    • Collaborates with external consultants and other stakeholders to determine required data
    • Participates in the selection of any requirements documentation software solutions that the organization may opt to use.
    • Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
    • Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
    3- 5 years' experience in a similar financial services business analyst type role, ideally Private Banking


    • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, modelling, and methodology development
    • Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel skills sufficient to produce reports and meaningful MI
    • Proficient skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
    • An ability to 'think outside the box' and look for creative solutions
