    Export Logistics Executive
    £30,000 to £35,000 per annum DOE
    Tilbury, Essex
    9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
    Opportunity to move to a hybrid role

    Company Overview: Join a leading freight forwarding company with over 45 years of experience in Far East Ocean imports. Our client excels in Air, Sea, and Road freight, providing comprehensive logistics solutions as an Export Logistics Executive .

    Role Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in export operations, with a focus on airfreight and sea freight.
    • Proficient in completing export documentation, including checking country requirements and raising Certificates of Origin when needed.
    • Experienced in completing customs declarations.
    • Skilled in using CNS and Destin8; experience with Multi-freight software is a plus.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
    • Strong team player with a dynamic approach.
    • Excellent English and Maths skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with customers, hauliers, and carriers.
    • Arrange bookings with shipping lines and carriers.
    • Coordinate collections, ensuring they meet vessel and flight deadlines.
    • Complete customs entries accurately.

    Additional Information:

    • The freight industry is dynamic and ever-changing so job responsibilities may evolve.
    • The first interview will occur at the Noble Recruiting office in Billericay, Essex.
