As an AI Solution Architect, you bring expert-level knowledge in support of sales motions and project execution across Avanade's Data & AI portfolio, with a specific focus on AI systems leveraging the breadth of Azure AI services available. Key to this role is a comprehensive understanding of the applications of AI and data science to solve business problems and deliver business value. The successful individual will be able to work with clients to elicit and understand their needs and communicate AI concepts and approaches in an articulate and business-relevant manner in order to help achieve business outcomes. To be successful, the individual must be able to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team consisting of business stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and data scientists.   • Proven experience specifying architecture and commercial models that address business needs while balancing cost, capability, and risk
  • Strong understanding of the value proposition associated with AI
  • Experience with some combination of Azure ML/AI, Power Platform AI, Databricks Mosaic AI, OpenAI, other similar cloud AI frameworks and platforms
  • Experience with MLOps application lifecycle management, CI/CD automation, and operational monitoring and maintenance.
  • Ability to lead a team of software developers in the development of AI solutions considering among other things; security, scalability, ethics, data governance
  • Able to explain complex analytical methodologies and concepts in non-technical language
  • Experience working with stakeholders to create technical visions, high-level architectures, and delivery roadmaps for large programs

  • Provide high-level and detailed architectural expertise in pre-sales and project delivery, to design and implement AI solutions
  • Identify risks, document assumptions, and develop work effort estimates and implementation plans to realise the designs you have created
  • Build relationships with other Avanade Solution Architects and collaborate on promoting solution architecture best practices for AI projects across the company
