ResponsibilitiesConducting in-depth analysis of service data to identify trends and shape the landscape for deployment of AI models. Utilising probabilistic approaches to develop service processes and highlight efficiency gains. Creating dashboards and tools to develop the effectiveness of service initiatives.Working with the local and global service teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in our service delivery.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.What You Need to SucceedWe are seeking an undergraduate student pursuing at least a 2.1 grade in Business Studies, Economics or a related degree.
Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We use various technologies such as MS Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, but the most important skill is a willingness to learn and adapt to new technical challenges.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.Experience in AI developments preferred but not essential.
