You'll contribute to the celebrated dining experiences, including our fine dining and brasserie-style restaurants, each awarded for their excellence. This role not only offers you the opportunity to work in a brigade of 22 Chefs creating 2 and 3 AA Rosette standard service but also to enhance your skills and creativity.

Pastry Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:

Passionate about pastry and baking, with a strong foeffectively with other kitchen staff is crucial

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products consistently

Eager for self-development with an interest in learning new techniques and culinary trends to advance their career

Pastry Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality desserts and pastries according to restaurant standards and menu specifications

Manage a specific station within the kitchen, ensuring timely execution and coordination with other sections

Train and mentor junior chefs and support staff in pastry techniques and standards

Maintain cleanliness and order in the pastry section, adhering to health and safety regulations

Inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling stock to minimize waste

Contribute to menu development and the creation of new recipes by collaborating with the Head Chef and other culinary team members
