    Aylesbury, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Belfast, or Home based

    As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior IT Consultant to join our Managed Cloud Services team and help our customers to be successful with ArcGIS.

    Your key responsibilities as a Junior IT Consultant / Junior Managed Cloud Services Consultant would be to:

    Expand and deepen your knowledge of Cloud technology and the ArcGIS Platform as well develop a good knowledge of service delivery and ITIL.


    Incident Management:

    monitor incident trends and undertake a proactive (as well as reactive where required) approach to service-related issues including root cause analysis.


    Morning Checks :
    Take responsibility for service-related checks on a rota basis .
    This would be a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive company if you:

    Already have some experience with Azure / AWS and have worked in a technical role for at least 2 years since graduating.

    Would like to develop your Esri, IT and cloud technology skills. Esri skills are not mandatory but do let us know if you have used our software before.
    Can clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical project managers or customers.
    Are self-motivated, good at creating and nurturing relationships, and enthusiastic about delivering a high-quality service.

    Security:

    Because of the types of data and clients we work with, all our positions require successful candidates to undergo a basic security clearance.

    Location - Whilst you would be home-based, you will still need to attend some meetings and make some customers visits in person, we are happy for you to work from home, one of our offices or a mixture of both.

    A good basic salary starting from at least from £30k+ (rising with experience) plus a generous bonus paying up to 20% per annum.
