    Description
    Are you a compassionate leader with experience in adult health and social care, particularly working with individuals with Autism or learning disabilities? If so, this role as a Registered Manager might just be the opportunity you've been waiting for. Our client is preparing to open a brand new residential service for individuals with autism and dual diagnosis mental health, and they need an experienced and dedicated individual to spearhead this exciting venture.

    As the Registered Manager, you'll be offered a competitive annual salary between £38,000 - £40,000. You'll also have the unique opportunity to open and manage a brand new service, making a real difference in the lives of individuals stepping down from inpatient services.     As the Registered Manager, you will:
    • Prepare the home for opening in collaboration with the Assistant Director- Business Development and Regional Manager
    • Ensure the service is compliant with relevant Regulations and contractual requirements
    • Lead on managing KPI and related reporting in line with the Governance structure
    • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and mentoring to teams
    • Ensure that all clinical and therapeutic interventions are person centered and in line with the service model
    • Work with individuals with autism to help them strive for self-determination, independence, and choice

    The ideal Registered Manager will:
    • Have experience working with individuals with autism
    • Have experience in managing and leading teams
    • Have previously worked in an adult health and social care setting
