    Description
    MBDA is a leading defence organisation. Circa £80,000 depending on experience.
    Bonus of up to 35.Car allowance of £510 per month
    Pension of maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%

    Dynamic (hybrid) working: You will form a wide network across a number of teams and functions in MBDA, and through your leadership of a number of sales and business development campaigns, you will directly contribute to the success of MBDA.

    You will help secure future Order Intake in line with the Business Plan; Develop and direct business winning campaigns in a new and changing customer and industrial environment
    Establish effective partnering relationships with UKMoD customers and with industrial partners and the supply chain
    Negotiate Win-Win solutions with demanding customers and industrial partners
    Good understanding and experience of dealing with UK Customer community, organisation and processes
    Broad and in-depth business, technical, commercial background and experience
