    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sub Agent to join to a leading main contractor delivering an increasing pipeline of civil engineering, highways improvements and public realm projects across Leeds & Bradford.

    The Sub Agent will be joining a well regarded business that can offer a structured career path, an excellent work life balance, hybrid working and a competitive salary & package.


    As a Sub Agent, you will play a key role in the delivery of a number of projects including upgrades to the public transport network, pedestrianisation of city centres, new bridges, highways improvements and more.

    Some of the Sub Agent's key duties will include:

    Continuing my clients focus on Zero Harm
    Managing the site teams performance
    Review method statements
    Undertake trend analysis and field audits
    Management of subcontractors
    Support the site teams but demonstrating a sound understanding of cost & value
    Draft documents to subcontractors, suppliers and the clientThe successful Sub Agent can expect a rewarding career that includes hybrid working, a structured career path where you can influence whether you move towards commercial, design or project management, good work life balance and a great salary & package that includes:

    Yearly pay reviewsSub Agents considering this opportunity will need excellent communication skills, a valid CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS card and previous experience working for a main contractor within the civil engineering or infrastructure sectors.

    You'll also need to be familiar with the NEC suite of contracts.
