- Supports draft, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, with specific focus on IP matters and related legal issues (such as, but not limited to, service agreements with production companies and influencers' agencies, management of IPRs, organization of event, advertising campaigns, creation and publication of contents through any media, etc.)
- Provide rapid, practical, business-oriented, and risk-aware legal advice.
- Participate in implementing and enabling the successful execution internal initiatives and projects, especially in the fields of influencer marketing and data protection assessment of digital suppliers and partners.
- Enhances and deploys process-related improvements with regards to the provision of legal support services, including drafting and revising templates and other legal training materials.
- Participate in developing and delivering training and legal risk management initiatives as well as policy guidance to contracts and related matters (e.g. legal policies compliance, contract compliance, business training, legal updates, legislation update newsletters, etc.).
- Supports the implementation of best practices in contract compliance, contract management, intellectual property, data privacy
- Collaborate with project personnel to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and advise on dispute avoidance and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate efforts of and manage outside attorneys on a case-by-case basis and, where necessary for claims/litigation management cases, working with outside counsels and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Support contracting and compliance efforts for operations.
- Collaborate with and facilitate cross-team decision-making amongst various internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, senior management, and other internal teams
- Participates in the legal department's marketing and networking strategies as directed.

- Law degree
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Min. 4 years' experience in drafting and negotiating, commercial contracts, in-house or in law firms.
- Preference will be given to people with expertise and experience in Intellectual Property, media and technology law.
- Legal Qualification preferred
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and to influence collaborative outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication, presentation, and relationship building.
- Command of the main Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); willingness to learn to use new tools, if requested.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good relationship and communication skills.
- Strong motivation to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The Legal Department is a trusted partner of Dentsu fast growing business. We understand our business clients' needs and deliver fast actionable, business-oriented solutions. We work closely with the business on exciting, cutting-edge development and expansion projects from strategy definition throughout implementation, providing advice on a wide array of legal issues, including data protection, copyright, IP and general contract compliance matters.
The purpose of this role is to become part of the in-house legal counsels' team providing legal support to business teams, primary with clients' contracts and any related needs / projects, as well as contributing to the development and roll out of a wide range of specific legal projects and initiatives.
