- Comfortable using Sprinklr for owned/brand social analysis: can setup dashboards, widgets and export and analyse owned social data using 'Social Performance Analytics' under the 'Sprinklr Social' module.
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for data storage, management, QA and analysis (e.g. pivot tables, formulas).
- Comfortable using other analytics and audience tools including, but not limited to, Talkwalker, LexisNexis, GlobalWebIndex. Can independently use these tools to set up search queries, dashboards, widgets and extract data.
- Knowledge of best practice metrics for owned social content measurement across the top social platforms. Further knowledge of earned social metrics an advantage.
- Can independently turn data findings into trends and recommendations.
- Can build client facing data-led report templates and write for a marketing audience (e.g. extract succinct, actionable takeaways from large data sets, produce Do/Don't/Test & Learn slides).
- B2B background an advantage
- Knowledge of paid content creation and analytics across Meta platforms, LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit an advantage.
- Understanding the social content creation process (e.g. from content calendar planning through to content publishing) an advantage.
- Understand typical social and marketing terminology (e.g. A/B testing, conversion paths, PPC, CTR, evergreen content, dark post, geotargeting etc.) an advantage.
- Knowledge of data, creating reports, and analyse findings using native analytics for Meta platforms, LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit an advantage.

Our mission is to put intelligence at the heart of all that the agency delivers. We work across the agency's entire client portfolio, providing research, analytics and intelligence services focused on corporate reputation, brand marketing, patient awareness, stakeholder engagement, tech innovation, B2B sales and product launches.
The role
50% of the role will be dedicated to working on a large, B2B social marketing client, where you will own the owned social data process, from maintaining data accuracy through to analysing and translating that data into findings & recommendations. In the other 50% of the role, you willprovide research, analytics, and intelligence through the analysis of social, media and digital conversations, by leveraging syndicated / published research, and via primary research methods (both quantitative and qualitative).
