- Responsible for allocating resources to client demand toensure that all clients are sufficiently resourced;
- Leads the annual resource planning process and adheres toISQM1 workforce planning processes.
- Ensuresour resourcing system is accurate and up to date to informforecasting and capacity.
- Manages risk andensures resource is prioritised as appropriate;
- Deals with escalations and conflicting demands, resolvingthese with Partners and Managers;
- Works withsenior stakeholders to track pipeline and new wins, focusing on theresource planning & transition requirements. Providescommentary on resource required for the bid / no bidprocess.
- Manages utilisation levels and otherkey performance indicators;
- Provides regularreporting and insight to business leaders on upcoming capacity,peaks, and conflicts to enable business decisions; and
- Monitors headcount levels and recruitment needs to ensurewe have the resources required.
- Helps toonboard new joiners and provide training on our resource tool andoperational excellence expectations.
- Supports development of our people by understandingperformance levels, preferences and career goals.
- Workforceplanning / resource deployment experience essential, ideally withina professional services / consulting environment;
- Problem solver who is resilient and robust.
- Strong business partnering and communicationskills.

About the team
Resource management is an operational function at ForvisMazars which is focused on client delivery, risk management anddeveloping our people. This role is part of a small andspecialist resourcing team operating nationally across a businessarea and sits as part of the client facing teams. The role reportsinto the Director of Operations and Resourcing, and works closelywith senior leaders overseeing c200 resources across the UK in ahigh growth business. There is a high degree of changemanagement, process set up and independent working required in therole.
