    Description
    My client, a US-based cybersecurity consultancy, is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join their team.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Management of the day-to-day operations and administration of the firm.

    Conduct research and analysis into processes across the firm with a view to implementing and designing strategies for continuous improvement.

    Work closely with Partners on business development and client retention initiatives.
    Attend, set agendas for and chair Senior Leadership Meetings, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure procedures are adhered to.

    Work closely with finance teams to prepare and review financial reports and budgets as well as monitoring monthly financial statements.

    Preparing and delivering presentations to Partners in a professional manner.


    Qualifications:
    ~5+ years of relevant professional experience.
    ~ Strong experience in managing senior stakeholders, delivering presentations and producing reports on finance and operational matters.
    ~ Working experience in a high-end law firm or consulting business.
    ~ Highly motivated and willing to leverage skills in a variety of business, HR and operations tasks
    ~ Native English speaker or flawless English if not
    ~ Extraordinary English writing and document formatting skills
    ~ Fluent with productivity tools, Office, Excel etc.
    ~ BA/BS degree in relevant fields, MSc or Masters or Law or MBA
