    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design & Configuration of SuccessFactors Recruiting to meet client's requirements
    • Provide guidance and support by leading workshops and help drive best practices, working with different teams including Sales
    • Participate in integration work, data migration and testing
    • Multi-country SuccessFactors implementation experience
    • Specific Recruiting modules knowledge – certification a plus
    • Dynamic and experienced Lead Consultant with strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
    • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience with the ability to articulate complex solutions to a range of technical and non-technical customers.
