    Denholm Associates are recruiting for a dynamic marketing agency known for delivering innovative and results-driven campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients.

    We are currently seeking an experienced Account Director to join us on an 8-month maternity cover contract. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for the Email Channel, we want to hear from you


    Role Overview:
    As the Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and leading email marketing initiatives. You will work closely with Producers, Creatives and Production Designers to primarily drive design and content best practice.

    Working alongside our financial servcices client, you'll ensure priorities are met, help solve strategic problems, gain stakeholder buy-in to effective ways of working with the agency and in-house email team whilst helping manage email template development and process optimisation.

    All the time driving best in class email communications through to conversion/desired action to achieve key communication and business outcomes.


    Key Responsibilities:

    nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.nProvide strategic guidance and consultancy on email marketing initiatives.nCollaborate with Producers and Creatives to develop and execute effective email campaigns.nMonitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.nManage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.nFoster strong relationships with internal teams and clients to drive collaboration and success.nStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve email marketing strategies.


    Experience & Skills Required:

    nProven experience as an Account Director within a marketing agency.nExtensive experience in the Email Channel, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.nExcellent client management and communication skills.nStrategic thinker with the ability to provide insightful consultancy to internal teams and clients.nStrong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.nImmediate availability for an 8-month contract.

    Immediately available & freelance candidates are preferred due to this role being an urgent requirment. Candidates with a notice period would not be considered at this time.
